You will also get 2 roasts, a half brisket, 2 pounds of cube steak, 2 pounds of beef tips, 2 pounds of short ribs, AND 25 pounds of ground beef. An eighth is great for singles and couples. A quarter beef yields 100 pounds of beef, give or take very little. It consists of 4 ribeyes, 4 sirloins, 4 New York Strips. You will also get 4 roasts, a half brisket, 4 pounds of cube steak, 4 pounds of beef tips, 2 pounds of shorts ribs, AND 50 pounds of ground beef. A quarter beef will easily fit into a small chest freezer. BULK SALES ARE FINAL.
