An eighth yields approximately 50 pounds of beef, give or take very little. It consists of 2 ribeyes, 2 New York Strips, and 2 sirloins. You will also get 2 roasts, a half brisket, 2 pounds of cube steak, 2 pounds of beef tips, a Skirt steak, a Flank steak, AND 25 pounds of ground beef. An eighth is great for singles and couples. BULK SALES ARE FINAL.
