This is the perfect box to ensure that you always have a "little something" on hand. It consists of 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 pound of cubed steak, 1 pound of beef tips, a Chuck roast, and 2 New York Strips. If beef tips are sold out when it's time to pack your order, you will receive sirloin steak, instead. Our sirloin is very versatile. It can be grilled, baked in the oven, cut into tips or fajita strips, or slow cooked and shredded for soups, stews, and shredded beef tacos.
